We believe your body learns best from doing. It’s for this reason, that our sessions are often spent in the positions that represent how you move in your life - walking, sitting, bending, reaching etc. This approach affords a unique perspective on treating complex and chronic problems

1. Your Story

First, we take some time to get to know you and your problem

  • Injury history (when, how, and what’s been tried so far)

  • Goals (what success looks like for you)

  • Health behaviours (sleep, nutrition, exercise)

  • Health history (your overall health status)

This intake helps us see the web of factors that may be contributing to your problem

2. Physical Assessment

Next, we evaluate how your movement patterns contribute to your problem by assessing the entire body in positions and motions that mirror your daily life. This functional screening—whether you’re walking, bending, reaching, or performing sport-specific tasks—gives us the precise insights needed to identify and address the true root cause of your problem

3. Treatment

We’ll often treat you in motion, blending:

  • Hands-on manual release and mobilisations

  • Movements that retrain your body while you’re actively moving

4. Rehabilitation

As you progress, we’ll prescribe increasingly challenging exercises to:

  • Reinforce new movement patterns

  • Build strength and capacity in your tissues

5. Self-Management

You’ll leave each session with a tailored management plan— a combination of rehabilitation and lifestyle interventions to support your ongoing recovery and resilience.
